What we collect, what we do with it, and what we do with the access clients grant us.
We are a marketing agency, not a towing company. We do not operate trucks, employ drivers, dispatch jobs, or hold towing licensing or insurance. Serving United States and Canada.
In short
We collect what is needed to answer an enquiry and to do the work a client hires us for. We do not sell it, and access a client grants us stays that client's to revoke.
Website visitors
If you call us, we keep what you tell us about your business so we can prepare your audit and follow up. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone else.
Client accounts and access
When you engage us, you grant access from inside your own accounts as a manager or delegated user. We never ask for your password. We do not take ownership of your domain, hosting, or Business Profile, and you can remove our access yourself at any time without contacting us.
We record what we change on your assets — what it was before, what it became, and when — so we can undo it and so you can see it.
Client data
Your business data is kept separate from every other client's. We do not use your content, rankings, reviews, phone numbers, or results for another client, for any website we own, or in our own marketing without asking you first.
When an engagement ends
We revoke our own access at the source, hand over what was created for you, and keep only what a contract or law requires us to keep, for a stated period, before deleting it.
